Tracy Boyer is Executive Assistant with Diakon Lutheran Social Ministries, supporting the offices of both the president/CEO and chief operating officer. She also serves as administrative secretary to the Diakon Lutheran Social Ministries board of directors.

Ms. Boyer joined the organization in 1983 and served in the nursing department of the Henry Health Care Center at Diakon’s The Lutheran Home at Topton before taking administrative positions in Topton’s accounting and, later, development offices. In the late 1990s, she began serving as executive assistant to the chief operating officer and, in 2000, to both the COO and president/CEO.
