Dennis Kieffer, CPA, is Director of Treasury Operations of Diakon Lutheran Social Ministries. In this role, he is responsible for administration of the agency’s investments, long-term debt and financing, short-term debt and cash-management programs, and the property and casualty insurance program.

Before joining Diakon in 2001, he had served as Chief Financial Officer of Carlos R. Leffler, Inc., a role he assumed in 1993. Before that, he served as Financial Vice President of the Graham Companies of York. He began his accounting career with Ernst and Ernst in Harrisburg.

Mr. Kieffer is a 1974 graduate of Susquehanna University, Selinsgrove, Pa., with a degree in accounting. He is a member of the Pennsylvania and American Institutes of Certified Public Accountants and has been an active member and officer of several Kiwanis Clubs.
