Judson Winegardner is Vice President for Marketing & Sales with Diakon Lutheran Social Ministries. As such, he supports the sales, marketing, and admissions staff members at Diakon senior living communities by working to increase census within all levels of care or accommodations. He also assists the planning efforts of recruitment and marketing staff members within Diakon Family & Community Ministries.

Before joining Diakon, Mr. Winegardner served as a consultant in the senior living industry, working for a number of years with Hamlyn Consulting. His specialty is developing new and repositioning underperforming senior living communities. Mr. Winegardner is a graduate of Michigan State University, with a bachelor’s degree in marketing and communications.

He is a national member of the American Association of Homes and Services for the Aging and the Assisted Living Facilities Association of America. He also is a member of the Wilson Learning Executive Committee in St. Paul, Minn., and the Michigan State University Marketing Commission.
