Camp Evergreen Day Camp encourages children and teens to share their thoughts and feelings with others their age in an atmosphere of fun and friendship created by trained bereavement counselors and volunteers. A mixture of fun activities, including games, discussions, and focused arts and crafts, allows children to express feelings and concerns, identify supportive people, and find appropriate ways to use memories for healing and growth.

Camp Evergreen Weekend is a three-day, two-night bereavement camp for children and teens. Similar in format to the day camp, the weekend program uses its beautiful outdoor environment to enhance participants’ ability to begin healing from grief. Games, crafts, and other activities supervised by bereavement counselors and trained volunteers further the healing process.
