The Brandywine Program, a state-funded program in Delaware operated by Diakon Lutheran Social Ministries, has been serving Delaware youths and their families since the late 1980s.

Currently, the program offers ACT—or Access to Community Treatment—which serves the chronic mental-health needs of youths and their families looking for an alternative to psychiatric hospitalization or more restrictive treatments.
