Our spacious, affordable senior living homes allow you to enjoy the privacy of your own residence without the hassles of home-ownership. There is no need to worry about any aspect of upkeep, as we take care of it all—indoor appliances, snow removal, leaf collection, trash removal, and landscaping. As a preventive measure, we also perform routine maintenance on our homes annually. With these conveniences, you'll have plenty of time to do the things you most enjoy.

A Range of Accommodations

We offer two-bedroom, single or duplex air-conditioned homes with a spacious living/dining room, two full baths, and, in The Windsor style, an attached garage. All homes are fully equipped with modern appliances including a washer and dryer. In addition, both The Cunningham and The Windsor homes are handicapped-accessible and boast spacious closet space. In our planned new homes, you can also choose from affordable options such as a two-car garage, covered porch, and sunroom.

Social Amenities

Our campus includes a warm and inviting social network, with residents able to participate in a variety of programs including the Advisory Council. The council offers a social forum for residents to discuss village events, offer suggestions, ask questions, and receive information on the senior living community from other residents as well as from staff. Residents also have the opportunity to travel together two evenings a month for recreational activities and for two dining experiences a month. Scheduled weekly shopping and banking excursions also add convenience to our amenitites.

A favorite gathering place is The Village Common, an elegant multi-purpose building that serves as a central hub for community activities. The Common also provides a setting in which residents may gather for artistic projects, to play cards, attend parties, or host family reunions and birthday or holiday celebrations.

Peace of Mind

Our senior living homes are equipped with a 24-hour response telephone system that notifies Nursing Care Center staff of an emergency, offering residents and their loved ones additional peace of mind.
