Our two-bedroom, two-bath homes, completely handicap-accessible, feature
a kitchen area fully equipped with electric appliances, wall-to-wall
carpeting, a full-size washer and dryer, individually controlled heating
and air conditioning, and abundant storage space. Our cottages also
include complete indoor and outdoor maintenance.
Four floor plans—The Heritage, The Regency, The Devonshire,
and The Windsor—are available so you can choose a plan that
fits your personal lifestyle.
Community Amenities
As a close-knit community, Cumberland Crossings offers numerous amenities.
The Community Center is a popular destination, hosting a library,
lounge, wood shop, crafts center, card room, game room, gift shop,
computer room, and private and general dining rooms. In addition,
the center includes indoor recreational facilities—a swimming
pool, spa, and fully equipped fitness room. Residents who enjoy outdoor
activities take pleasure in our swings, patios, and lighted,
paved exercise paths that surround the campus.
