The 2008 Dining with Diakon event was an outstanding success, surpassing its goal and raising more than $153,000 for the Diakon Wilderness Center. The Boiling Springs, Pa., center serves court-adjudicated youths from across Pennsylvania through residential, weekend alternative, and wilderness challenge programs.
