Diakon Lutheran Social Ministries

If you need nursing, rehabilitative, or memory-supportive services, Frey Village’s nursing care staff will be there for you. Courteous and professional staff members take pride in offering prompt, compassionate service. Certified for Medicare and Medicaid, Frey Village offers complete nursing and rehabilitative services, including occupational, physical, and speech/language therapies. In addition, village rehabilitation services include those of a physiatrist, a doctor of rehabilitation medicine, who is on site every other week to evaluate and recommend services in conjunction with our in-house rehab team.

Beyond traditional short- or long-term care, the Frey Village Phoenix Unit offers memory-supportive services for residents with Alzheimer’s disease and related memory-related conditions, who need a safe, secure environment, specially trained staff, and activities that stimulate physical, social, and memory-related skills.

The retirement communities of Diakon Lutheran Social Ministries take pride in offering high-quality services at affordable fees.
