How To Enroll

To be eligible to participate in KidShape®, there must be at least one child in the family with a body mass index (BMI) in the 85th percentile or greater for the child's age, height, and gender, and with at least one parent or other significant adult available to attend sessions with the child. Other family members are welcome to attend as well.

While there is a nominal registration fee to enroll, Diakon Family Life Services is committed to ensuring that the program is available to any family that meets the eligibility criteria.
