Services included in our daily rate:

• Room
• Furniture (unless you prefer your own)
• Three meals a day
• Snacks
• Linen service
• Cable television
• Routine housekeeping service
• Assistance with the activities of daily living
• Assistance with medication
• Full-time administrator, with LPNs on each shift
• Planned program of activities
• Emergency two-way call systems
• Blood pressure and weight checks
• Maintenance of furnishings and fixed equipment

Services with a separate charge:

• Personal laundry if done by staff
• Transportation
• Beauty and barber services
• Personal telephone
• Outside activities admissions or meals
• Guest meals

Those residents who are or who become beneficiaries of Diakon Lutheran Social Ministries’ benevolent-care funding may be accommodated in semi-private rooms.
