A. No, we offer equal opportunity housing.

Q. Are there any entrance-fee plans that offer a refund?
A. Yes, we offer three different entrance-fee plans:
- The Classic Plan offers a declining refund over 49 months, with no return.
- The Classic Plus Plan offers a declining refund over 46 months with a 50% return of the entry fee.
- The Estate Preservation Plan offers a declining refund over 6 months with a 90% return of the entry fee.

Q. Is there more than one dining venue?
A. Yes, we offer fine dining in The Countryside Inn & Tavern and casual fare at The Front Porch.

Q. Do you offer maintenance-free living?
A. Yes, we do all of the interior and exterior maintenance. We also maintain landscaping and do grounds-keeping and snow removal.

Q. Can I bring my pet?
A. Yes, we welcome pets. Please inquire about our pet policies.

Q. Can my family stay overnight?
A. Yes, you can accommodate overnight guests in your apartment or cottage.

Q. Can I bring my car?
A. Yes, private parking is available.

A. Yes, we have a network of professionals who can assist you with preparing your home for sale, putting it on the market, packing your treasures, moving and unpacking, and even helping you to become acclimated to your new surroundings.
