Enhanced care . . .

An enhanced care charge is an addition to the daily rate and covers services necessary, in the clinical judgment of care staff, to allow a resident to remain in assisted living accommodations. These services consist of:

• Additional assistance with bathing, dressing, and personal care
• Housekeeping services

Facility services for which there is a separate charge . . .

Some services are provided at an additional charge. These include:

• Personal laundry if done by staff
• Transportation
• Beauty and barber services
• Personal telephone
• Activity-related trips off campus, such as to restaurants or dinner theaters
• Guest meals
