Rita Rousseau
Rita Rousseau is executive director of Diakon Family Life Services – Central Region, which encompasses counseling and family services offices in both the Lower and Upper Susquehanna regions. During her nearly two decades with the organization, Ms. Rousseau has overseen a number of family-related programs in Pennsylvania, Maryland, and Delaware. Before joining Tressler Lutheran Services, one of the two organizations that created Diakon Lutheran Social Ministries in 2000, she worked in executive management in both acute care and long-term care.
Ms. Rousseau is a graduate of Providence College with a bachelor’s degree in health services administration; she also has an associate degree in nursing home administration.
