Amy Young
Amy M. Young is executive director of Frey Village. In this role, she is responsible for the overall operation of the continuing care retirement community located in Middletown, Pa.
Ms. Young is a graduate of York College of Pennsylvania, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in long-term care administration. She has held her nursing home administrator’s license since 1996 and, before joining Diakon, was a nursing home administrator of a large skilled nursing facility in York, Pa.
She is a member of LeadingAge PA (formerly PANPHA, an association of nonprofit senior service providers) and participated in PANPHA’s inaugural leadership training series, which explored concepts of transformation leadership.
