Debby Reid
Debby Reid is Executive Director of Manatawny Manor in Pottstown, Pa. In that role, she oversees the operations and management of a 133-bed nursing facility and 124-bed personal care unit.
Mrs. Reid has worked at Manatawny Manor since 1976, having held various nursing leadership positions before being named Administrator/CEO in 1983 (at that point, the facility was privately owned; it was acquired by a Diakon predecessor organization in 1998). Since that time, she has served as Executive Director of the senior living campus.
A graduate of Abington Memorial Hospital School of Nursing and Saint Joseph’s University in Maine, Mrs. Reid holds a license as both a registered nurse and a nursing home administrator. She is a member of LeadingAge PA and the American College of Health Care Administrators. She is active in the community and serves on the board of directors for the Pottstown Area Senior Center and was a previous board member for United Way of Pottstown and Upper Perkiomen Valley Areas and the Tri-County Community Network.
