From the North:

Travel on Rt. 15 South to Lewisburg. Turn right onto Rt. 192 (there is a traffic signal at this intersection):

• For the village Nursing Care Center and Personal Care Community, turn left onto Fairground Road. The buildings are on your right.
• For our senior living accommodations, stay on Rt. 192. Turn left onto Reitz Boulevard (just past the Upper Susquehanna Synod office). The entrance to The Cunningham residences is on your left. The entrance to The Windsor homes, as well as to the Village Common and our new development, is on your right.

From the South:

Travel on Rts. 11-15 North to Shamokin Dam. Take Rt. 15 North toward Lewisburg and Williamsport. At the base of the hill in Lewisburg, turn left onto Rt. 45. Continue on Rt. 45 to the traffic signal at the intersection with Fairground Road. Turn right onto Fairground Road. Travel on Fairground Road until you come to the village Nursing Care Center and Personal Care Community on your left. You may access our senior living accommodations by traveling through the campus or you may continue on Fairground Road to the intersection with Rt. 192. Turn left and follow directions as above.

From the West:

From the State College area, travel east on Interstate 80 to the exit for Rt. 15 South. Take the exit and follow directions from the north as above. Or, take Rt. 45 east (from the Mifflinburg area) toward Lewisburg. Before entering Lewisburg, turn left onto Reitz Boulevard (for our senior living accommodations, as noted above) or, a short distance farther on Rt. 45, turn left onto Fairground Road (for the Nursing Care Center and Personal Care Community). Those buildings will be on your left as you travel on Fairground Road..

From the East:

From the Scranton area, travel west on Interstate 80 to the exit for Rt. 15 South. Take the exit and follow directions from the north as above. Or, travel on Rt. 45 west through Lewisburg. Continue on Rt. 45 through its intersection with Rt. 15. Turn right onto Fairground Road (for the Nursing Care Center and Personal Care Community, which will be on your left) or, a short distance farther on Rt. 45, right onto Reitz Boulevard (for our senior living accommodations whose entrances, as noted above, will be both on the left and right of you off Reitz Boulevard).
