Community Services for Seniors

Working to minister to as many as possible, Diakon offers a range of community-based programs within Schuylkill County, Pa. These services, a number of which are county-funded, range from senior centers and meals on wheels to specialized programs that help people wind their way through today's sometimes-confusing health-care systems.
