and business and industry leaders.
- Telephone Consultation
This free, supportive service may focus on such issues as options for counseling, appropriate interventions, and suggestions for dealing with issues within the congregation, group, or work setting.
- On-Site consultation
Provided within the congregation or business, this level of professional consultation may revolve around such subjects as conflict resolution, team building, mediation training, and understanding transitions within organizations.
A variety of consultative services are available including one-on-one sessions and workshops and seminars, as well as longer-range consultation. For specific issues, congregations may be interested in Diakon Family Life Services' Congregation-Driven Mission Services, while businesses may want to consider an Employee Assistance Program.
