Services included in our daily rate:

• Room and utilities (except telephone)
• Three meals daily (including therapeutic diet)
• Communication with health-care unit in an emergency
• Flat-linen service weekly
• Housekeeping services on a scheduled basis
• Maintenance of suite and grounds
• Personal laundry facilities (not supplies)
• Resident assistance/social service
• Mini-bus for scheduled group shopping/activities
• Planned social, recreational, and spiritual activities
• Assistance with shower
• One spa visit per month
• Cable television with 35 stations including major networks

The following are not included in the daily rate:

• Physician’s services and fees
• Medications and nursing supplies
• Beautician/barber services
• Dental and eye care
• Newspaper/Country Store purchases
• Rehabilitation services
• Podiatrist service and fees
• Laboratory and x-ray services
• Personal consumable items
• Personal telephone

Please note that a $50 non-refundable, processing fee is payable upon submission of your application.
