Girls on the Run® is a life-changing, non-profit, prevention program for girls in third through eighth grades. The mission of Girls on the Run is “to educate and prepare girls for a lifetime of self-respect and healthy living.” Diakon Family Life Services sponsors the Girls on the Run program in Lycoming County, while Diakon Adoption & Foster Care houses the program in Lehigh County.
