- Weekly housekeeping and linen service
- Three meals per day plus snacks

- Assistance with medications
- Personal care assistance with bathing and dressing
- Scheduled transportation to shopping, doctors' appointments, and special activities
- Activity programs and chaplaincy services
Enhanced care charges…
The enhanced care charge is in addition to the daily rate and covers services that are necessary, in the clinical judgment of community staff, to enable a resident to remain in an assisted living environment:
- Additional assistance with bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Incontinence care
- Extraordinary housekeeping services
- Physical assistance for mobility needs
Services for which there is a separate charge…
- Personal laundry if done by staff
- Beauty and barber Services
- Personal telephone
- Outside activities admissions or meals
- Guest meals
Additional services not included in daily fee…
- Physical, occupational, and speech/language therapy
- Diagnostic laboratory and radiology
- Physician, dental, and podiatry services
- Medications
- Ambulance transport
- Dry cleaning
- Durable medical equipment (rental or purchase)
Some of these items may be covered in whole or in part by third-party insurers. The senior living community provides for some of these services at scheduled times on site. Residents are not restricted to using on-site providers. Providers will bill residents separately.
Memory-enhancement assisted living services are provided in a secure, specially designed section of the Assisted Living Community on our Robinwood campus. The program was developed for residents who require more attention as the result of Alzheimer’s disease or similar illnesses.
Those residents who are or become beneficiaries of Diakon Lutheran Social Ministries' benevolent care funding will be accommodated in a studio or studio with alcove unit (Ravenwood campus) or semi-private rooms (Robinwood campus), depending on availability.
