Serving Washington County for more than 23 years, our Nursing Care Center is dedicated to helping residents make the most of life. If you or your loved one needs nursing or rehabilitative care, we provide professional care with a personal touch in a home-like setting.

In fact, the 2010 Maryland Nursing Facility Family Survey, conducted for the Maryland Health Care Commision, produced a 9.0 rating for the nursing care center, well above the statewide average of 8.4. And 98% of families served by the center who were surveyed indicated “definitely yes” or “probably yes” that they would recommend the nursing care center on the Ravenwood campus of Diakon Senior Living.

Accommodations

We offer both private and semi-private accommodations, including a private bath. Residents enjoy delicious meals, daily activities, organized trips, and cultural events that help make their stay enjoyable. Whether you enjoy our lounges or sit in the lobby enjoying our singing finches, our surroundings will make you feel at home.

Around-the-clock admission and care

We are sensitive to the fact that the need for admission may arise unexpectedly or on a weekend. In order to make the transition easier on residents and their families, we have a 24-hour, seven-day-a-week admissions policy. Of course, we care for our residents around the clock, meeting their needs no matter what time of day or night.
