Diakon Help At Home is the latest progression in Diakon’s long history of service to those in need. From Continuing Care Retirement Communities to assisted living and nursing, rehabilitative, and hospice care, Diakon offers service with the utmost respect for its customers. That’s why Diakon Help At Home uses only its own employees to provide care. These trained, experienced individuals are compassionate caregivers whose goal is to maintain customers’ dignity.

Our customers turn to us when they need help managing their routine activities of daily living, such as personal care or house-care needs. Whether you are a social worker, discharge planner or an adult caregiver, Diakon Help At Home is ready to work with you to provide non-medical, in-home services seven days a week to residents of Berks County and surrounding areas.
