Luther Crest makes sound financial sense

Diakon Lutheran Social Ministries takes pride in providing quality accommodations and services at affordable rates. In fact, we offer flexible pricing on our senior living accommodations to make them affordable to as many people as possible. For example, our accommodations may offer a refund* of your original occupancy entrance fee, based on the type of accommodation or fee level that you choose.
With this type of flexibility and refund schedule, you can be assured your decision to enjoy life at Luther Crest makes financial sense! And Luther Crest can take the worry out of health-care arrangements. Residents of our senior living accommodations may receive up to 90 total days of assisted living services or nursing and rehabilitative care, dependent on the type of contract they have chosen.
Monthly service fee
In addition to the entrance fee, residents are responsible for a monthly service fee. The comprehensive fee includes 24-hour response system, maintenance of buildings and appliances, housekeeping service, meal plan, snow removal, lawn care, grounds upkeep, garbage collection, electricity, basic cable television service, and property insurance.
In addition to the service, residents are responsible for telephone service, tenant insurance (on building contents), and premium television cable services. A $350 non-refundable application-processing fee per person is payable upon submission of application.
