Our daily rate includes the following:
- Room accommodations
- Activity program
- Housekeeping services
- Meals and special diets
- Bedding and linens
- Personal hygiene supplies
- Routine nursing supplies
Facility services for which there is a separate charge:
- Personal laundry
- Oxygen therapy and concentrator rental
- Blood-glucose monitoring
- Transportation
- Incontinence supplies
- Personal safety devices
- Prescription medication
- Beauty and barber services
- Cable TV
- Personal phone
- Specialized medical supplies
- Guest meals

Services not included in the daily rate that may be covered by a health care plan such as Medicare:
- Physical, occupational, and speech therapy
- Certain medical supplies
- Parenteral and enteral therapy
- Radiology (x-rays)
- Laboratory and electrocardiograms (EKG)
- Physician and podiatrist services
- Ambulance transport

Providers and suppliers such as physicians and dentist will bill separately
for these services. Residents are responsible for any coinsurance or
deductible for the above services.
Offering quality care by a highly trained staff, Ohesson Manor is
certified for both Medicare and Medicaid and contracts with many managed
care organizations such as Keystone Health Plan, Central SENIOR Blue, all
Geisinger Health Plan Products, Optimum Choice, Inc. of Pennsylvania, and
Alliance Preferred Provider Organization, Inc.
Please note that consistent with state reimbursement regulations, nursing
care residents who are or who become beneficiaries of Medical Assistance
will be accommodated in semi-private rooms.
