The Cottages at Ohesson Manor Make Financial Sense

To obtain occupancy, Cottage residents pay an entrance fee as well as a monthly maintenance fee. We take pride in providing high-quality service at affordable rates. In fact, we offer flexible pricing on our retirement accommodations to make them affordable to as many people as possible. For example, our accommodations offer a refund of your original occupancy entrance fee, ranging from zero through 90 percent, based on the fee level you choose.

With this type of flexibility and refund schedule, you can be assured your decision to enjoy retirement life at Ohesson Manor makes financial sense!

Please note that refunds are contingent on resale of the occupancy of your unit, as well as your original fee level. Please consult individual agreements for details.

Monthly Maintenance Fee

In addition to the entrance fee, residents pay a modest monthly fee. The comprehensive fee includes 24-hour response system, repair of building and appliances, snow removal, lawn care, grounds upkeep, garbage collection, sewer, water, outside electricity, basic and extended basic cable TV services, property insurance, and non-resident-related pest control. We are also very generous with mulching, lawn treatments, and pest control.

In addition, the monthly fee includes a yearly outdoor window wash and snow removal from your car if you don't have a garage. You can be assured our maintenance plan will give you optimal upkeep of your home inside and out!

In addition to the maintenance fee, residents are responsible for prorated real estate taxes, gas, electric, telephone service, tenant insurance (on building contents), and premium television cable services.
