Services included
in our rates:
- Room accommodations
- Weekly housekeeping and linen service
- Three meals per day plus snacks
- Special diets
- Cable television
- Assistance with medications
- Personal care assistance with bathing and dressing
- Scheduled transportation to shopping, doctors' appointments,
and special activities
- Activity programs and chaplaincy services
Enhanced care charges
The enhanced care charge is in addition to the daily rate and covers
services which are necessary, in the clinical judgment of the facility,
to enable a resident to remain in an assisted living environment:
- Additional assistance with bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Incontinence care
- Extraordinary housekeeping services
- Physical assistance for mobility needs
Facility services for which there is a separate
charge:
- Personal laundry if done by staff
- Beauty and barber Services
- Personal telephone
- Outside activities admissions or meals
- Guest meals
Additional services not included in daily fee:
- Physical, occupational, and speech/language therapy
- Diagnostic laboratory and radiology
- Physician, dentist, and podiatrist services
- Medications (Medications must by supplied by residents, including
prescription and over-the-counter items)
- Ambulance transport
- Dry cleaning
- Durable medical equipments (rental or purchase)
(Some may be covered in whole or in part by third-party insurers.
While The Village at Robinwood arranges for some of these services
to be offered at scheduled times on site, residents are not restricted
to using on-site providers. Providers will bill residents separately.)
*The SpecialCare program is specially designed for residents
who require more attention as the result of Alzheimer's disease
or similar illnesses. Residents who are or who become beneficiaries
of Diakon Lutheran Social Ministries' benevolent-care funding will
be accommodated in semi-private rooms.
