Enhanced care .

An enhanced care charge
is an addition to the daily rate and covers services necessary,
in the clinical judgment of care staff, to allow a resident to remain
in assisted living accommodations. These services consist of:
- Additional assistance with bathing, dressing, and
personal care
- Incontinence care
- Extraordinary housekeeping services
- Physical assistance for mobility needs.
Facility
services for which there is a separate charge . . .
Some services are provided
at an additional charge. These include:
- Personal laundry if done by staff
- Transportation
- Beauty and barber services
- Personal telephone
- Activity-related trips off campus, such as to restaurants or
dinner theaters
- Guest meals.
