For example, our accommodations offer a refund of your original occupancy entrance fee, based on the fee level you choose.

Monthly service fee

In addition to the entrance fee, residents pay a modest monthly service fee. The comprehensive fee includes 24-hour response system, housekeeping service, maintenance of buildings and appliances, snow removal, and much more.
