Diakon Lutheran Social Ministries takes pride in providing quality service and accommodations at affordable rates. In fact, we offer flexible pricing on our senior living residences to make them affordable to as many people as possible. For example, our accommodations offer a refund of your original occupancy entrance fee, ranging from zero through 90 percent, based on the fee level you choose.

With this type of flexibility and refund schedule, you can be assured your decision to enjoy the Tower Court lifestyle makes financial sense!

Please note that refunds are contingent on resale of the occupancy of your unit, as well as your original fee level. Please consult individual agreements for details.

Monthly service fee

In addition to the entrance fee, residents pay a modest monthly service fee. The comprehensive fee includes 24-hour response system, housekeeping service, maintenance of buildings and appliances, snow removal, and much more.

Tower Court service fee covers . . .

• Bi-weekly housekeeping services
• Snow removal
• Dining dollars program
• All utilities, including basic cable television (telephone is excluded)
• 24-hour response system
• Interior and exterior maintenance of apartments, building, grounds, and appliances inside Tower Court Apartments
• Insurance on building and grounds
• Recreational activities
• Regularly scheduled transportation.
