Healthy Steps in Motion is the exercise portion of a comprehensive falls prevention program. This exercise
program is offered at no charge and is designed for people of all fitness levels. The program is a 1-hour session twice a week for four weeks and is taught by a certified instructor; it starts with a warm-up, followed by strength & balance exercises and ends with a cool down-stretch. It is designed to improve flexibility, balance and strength.
Booklet included.
Every Mon. & Thur., April 22 – May 16, 10:30-11:30 am, Tamaqua Salvation Army Register by 4/18.
