Join Daniel Surkin from ComForCare Home Care of Lower Bucks talks about the benefits of Mindfulness Meditation.  Meditation dates back thousands of year, but its health benefits are only recently studied, findings include alleviating stress, managing depression and an increase in self-awareness. It may also slow Alzheimer’s, relieve pain, improve mood and longevity.
