SEATED YOGA - Tuesday Morning

No class October 16 (Join us at our Expo), November 6, December 25

Participants will receive the total yoga experience in this seated yoga class designed for the young at heart, baby boomers, seniors, pregnant woman, beginners and those 
with limited mobility.

$6/class -- No registration is needed

Punch cards are available at class - $40/eight classes 

Please call ahead if attending a drop in class for the first time as schedule/location is subject to change.
