Dillard Elmore, DO, CMD, MBA

Dr. Dillard Elmore joined Diakon in 2017 from Fedcap Rehabilitation Services in New York City, where he served as regional medical director responsible for Fedcap's services in Manhattan, the Bronx and Staten Island.He also consulted on Fedcap's WeCARE program, increasing efficiency of the clinical review team by 50 percent and achieving a 40 percent increase in clinical milestones.

A board-certified geriatrician, Dr. Elmore has significant experience in family medicine with a focus on geriatric care, having served as a primary care physician with the Greater Hudson Valley Family Health Center, Newburgh, New York, and Hudson River Community Health Care in Peekskill, New York.

Fidelis Ojevwe, MD, PharmD, CMD (pending)

Dr. Fidelis Ojevwe is a board-certified geriatrician and clinical pharmacist. He most recently served as an attending physician and assistant professor of medicine for the Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center in Hershey, Pennsylvania.

He is a member of the American College of Physicians.



Frey Village, Middletown, Pa., Ohesson, Lewistown, Pa.

A board-certified family nurse practitioner, Adenike Awotundun brings more than 10 years of experience to Frey Village, having worked in both clinic and hospital ICU settings.

In addition to earning a master’s degree from D'Youville College and a bachelor's degree in nursing from the University of New Brunswick, Awotundun holds certifications in gerontological, critical care and neuroscience nursing.

She is a member of the Nurse Practitioners’ Association of Ontario, where she practiced most recently.

Geoffrey Muthami, CRNP


Ohesson, Lewistown, Pa.

Before joining Ohesson, Geoffrey Muthami spent more than eight years with the Shippensburg Health Care Center. Originally hired as a licensed practical nurse, he took on roles of increasing responsibility as he advanced his nursing education, eventually earning his master's degree in nursing from Chamberlain University in 2015. He also serves as an adjunct nursing instructor for Franklin County Career and Technology Center and is a member of the National League of Nursing Faculty and the Pennsylvania Nurses Association.

Teadra Pennycooke, MSN, AGNP-C


Cumberland Crossings, Carlisle, Pa.

A Drexel University advanced practice nurse graduate, Teadra Pennycooke brings clinical experience in primary health care to Cumberland Crossings, as well as a diverse background in health promotion, disease prevention, acute and chronic care management and health education.

Before returning to school, Pennycooke served as a nurse for various providers in Virginia and California. She holds a bachelor's degree in nursing from Old Dominion University and is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.

Lisa Robbins, CRNP


Cumberland Crossings, Carlisle, Pa.

Lisa Robbins has been a nurse practitioner since 1997, when she graduated from the University of Pennsylvania's Women’s Health Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner program.

Before joining Manatawny Manor, she specialized in urology/gynecology, caring in particular for women with incontinence issues. A desire to work more closely with the geriatric population brought her to Diakon.

She also holds a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Gwynedd-Mercy University.

Amanda Bailey, CRNP


Diakon Senior Living – Hagerstown

A nurse practitioner since 2000, Bailey brings experience in family practice, internal medicine and geriatrics care to her role on the Ravenwood and Robinwood campuses of Diakon Senior Living – Hagerstown. She especially enjoys her work in geriatrics and the challenges and opportunities present in treating residents with multiple medical conditions.

She earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing at Johns Hopkins University. While working as a registered nurse in an acute care hospital, Bailey completed a master’s in nursing degree at the University of Maryland; she also completed the adult nurse practitioner program.

She is board-certified as an Adult Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center and is a member of the Gerontological Advanced Practice Nurses Association.
