            Stepping Stones Triple P Program
The Stepping Stones Program is designed for parents and caregivers of children (up to age 12) with developmental disabilities such as autism spectrum disorder, intellectual disabilities, or cerebral palsy who also face moderate to severe behavioral challenges.
The program begins with a comprehensive assessment of parent-child interactions and family needs. Over the course of 10 individualized sessions, parents learn strategies to:
- Promote positive child development and strengthen parent-child relationships
- Manage disruptive behaviors (e.g., disobedience, aggression, tantrums)
- Replace problem behaviors with constructive skills
- Plan ahead for high-risk situations at home and in the community
- Families benefit from practical tools, guided practice, and a personalized workbook to reinforce learning. Practitioners are specially trained and accredited in the program.
Impact: Stepping Stones empowers parents with effective strategies to address behavioral concerns, improves family functioning, and supports children in developing positive skills for long-term success.
