Interests: Dana is a talkative, intelligent, and funny little girl who enjoys princesses, dolls, and painting her nails. She is in a pre-kindergarten classroom where she has done well in her academics and has made many friends. She loves school and loves being with her brothers and sister.

Samira, 12

Type of Family Sought: Samira is open to a single mom or possibly a mom and dad. She is open to any race family. She is also open to any type of neighborhood; however she would like other kids to play with. Samira would do well with older siblings but she struggles with younger kids. She is not aggressive with them, she just struggles with wanting attention. She does desire to stay in contact with her adult sister who lives in Philadelphia.

Interests: Samira is smart, talkative, and engaging. She is also funny, friendly, and intuitive. On the other hand, she can be emotional at times and a perfectionist. Samira is interested in swimming, basketball, arts and crafts, music, dancing, singing and playing games (card, board, video).

Moneise, 16

Type of Family Sought: Moneise prefers a mom only. She does well as an only child or with younger siblings. Moneise needs a family who is nurturning, structured and able to work with significant mental health issues. TPR will occur when a family is identified.

Type of Family Sought: Bobby would do best in a two-parent home with one parent working from home or is a homemaker as Bobby is active and is in need of assistance frequently. Bobby would thrive in a family that offers structure and consistent supervision. All families will be considered.

Interests: Bobby is a sweet and funny boy. He loves the Philadelphia Eagles and enjoys being outside. Bobby is very affectionate and enjoys giving and receiving hugs. Bobby is diagnosed with cerebral palsy and a brain injury which places him in the severe cognitive delay range. Type of Family Sought: Gaje would like a family who is involved in their church. He would love to have pets! All families will be considered.

He has recently started writing poetry and song lyrics as a way to help process and express the challenging thoughts, feelings and memories that he has. Type of Family Sought: David is open to many different types of families. He would prefer both a mom and dad; however, he is willing to consider a single parent. He would also like siblings, especially younger siblings. He would prefer to stay in the Philadelphia area. He likes dogs and cats. He would like an active family and one who travels and attends church. David's family also needs to allow him to stay connected to important people in his life, such as his birth mother and foster mother.

Interests: David is funny, nice and has a good personality. When he is happy, he is usually smiling, laughing or making a joke. Other people who describe him state he is a good debater and can color well. He has many different interests including sports, arts and crafts, and playing the drums. He enjoys all kinds of sports: football, basketball, baseball, soccer, and kickball. He also likes to ride his bike. He is a HUGE Philadelphia sport fan. Tayron, 13

Type of Family Sought: Tayron is in need of a forever family; one that can provide specific medical care for him and one that can help him reach his full potential in life. Tayron will require skilled nursing care and the family must participate in specific training with his current medical facility. Tayron would like to maintain connections with the staff at his home. He is legally free for adoption.

Interests: Tayron is a bright 13 year old with a BIG personality. He has such a zest for life and enjoys talking to people about all kinds of topics. He is also one big Philadelphia sports fan! He has had the pleasure of meeting several Phillies players and enjoys talking about his experiences. Tayron is currently in the 5th grade and reads at a 3rd grade level. His favorite subjects are math and science. He enjoys videos and books about sports. His favorite color is green! Tayron has significant medical challenges and is residing in a residential facility that is equipped to meet his medical needs. He is in a wheelchair during most of the day as he is not able to voluntarily move his muscles. He is fed through G-tube and has a tracheostomy, but is not currently vent dependent.

Type of Family Sought: All families will be considered for Michael. He would like to stay in touch with his grandmother, uncle, and brother. He is legally free for adoption.

Interests: Michael has a great smile, loves to sing and enjoys being around other children. He also loves cars and especially watching out the window for cars, buses and trucks. He enjoys looking at books and naming objects he sees. He enjoys going out in the community to places such as Walmart, shopping, or the mall. On the other hand, he requires a lot of close supervision though, as he tends to be unaware of dangers at home and in the community. He thrives on a structured schedule, with clear rules and boundaries and positive reinforcement. He also responds best to short, clear instructions delivered in a calm manner. Finally, he is open to learning through teachable moments.

Joshua, 19

Interests: Joshua is a very sweet and polite young man who enjoys drawing and art activities as well as watching adventure movies. His favorite movies are "Spiderman" and "Superman." He also enjoys playing football in the gym at school. His new fascination is with photography. Joshua is diagnosed with autism and has mild to moderate intellectual limitations. Type of Family Sought: Chad responds well to attention, therefore he would like a forever family who would give him a lot of of one-on-one attention.

Interests: Chad is a young man who loves to laugh and make others laugh. Chad's favorite things to do include going to amusement parks, car shows, playing and watching sports, camping, going to the mall, and listening to hip hop music. Chad does okay in school.

Interests: Nasir is a pleasant young man with a quiet and calm personality. He is described as active, intelligent, and articulate. Nasir describes himself as being talkative - "a little too much at times." He loves playing video games and is proud of his ability to master new games quickly. Nasir enjoys playing baseball and football with other children in his neighborhood. Nasir has big dreams for his life. He desires to become the second African-American President of the United States. He also wants to join the military when he is older. Nasir wants to own the biggest car ever. He described his dream car as a monster car with wheels like a crane.

Type of Family Sought: The best family for Tyler would provide unconditional love, patience, strong commitment and educational support. Tyler does best with routine, structure and keeping active in projects and activities. A family with other children and pets would be good for Tyler.

Interests: Tyler is a friendly young man who wishes more than anything else to be part of a family who truly cares about him; one he can grow to trust and share his life with; a family who is sensitive and understanding. Tyler enjoys being helpful. He is a polite and respectful youth. Interests: Dominick describes himself as friendly and kind. He is comical and outgoing once he gets to know you. He enjoys sports, being read to, and looking at picture books and comic books. Tyler's other interests include listening to music, reading books, playing board games, camping and swimming. Tyler does well in an autistic support program at school and is proud of his grades. He has just completed high school.

Robby, 17

Type of Family Sought: Robby would like a family with a mom and dad and he would prefer to be an only child. He would like to stay in the Philadelphia area. He would like his family to have pets, specifically a dog. He wants his family to play cards with him and to take him camping. He would also like his family to know how to play video games with him and play football.

Interests: Robby is quiet, shy, and takes a while to warm up to new people. He seems to be fairly analytical and likes strategies, especially when playing games. He enjoys playing his Xbox 360. His favorite game on 360 is Saints Row, the third. He also enjoys listening to music, especially R & B, Rap and Hip Hop. He enjoys playing football and basketball. When he grows up he wants to become a mechanic. If he could have three wishes, he would wish for: A family, have contact with his birth family, and "to have a good life, to not get angry anymore."
